Brief Information of the eyewitness and the interview situation

Mr. Dildar son of Mr. Sahib Dad was 12 years of age in 1945. He felt earthquake shocks and saw fire coming out of Hingol Mountains. Big cracks developed on earth and muddy/ oily water came out of those cracks at the spot where presently RCDC’s office

Houses at that time were built much behind the place from the shore line as compared of present housing boundary. Three waves came one after other inundated the houses up to 4 feet. 10 people died as many houses were swept away by the waves. People evacuated at safer places in land and returned to home after two months.
