After the earthquake sea receded and then waves arrived but I don’t remember the number of total waves hit the Ormara coast after earthquake. Red colored water and soil came out of cracks developed on ground due to earthquake. People evacuated near our house and stayed till two months. Jaam of Lasbella state “Jaam Ghulam Mohamamd’ sent three horses loaded and distributed among victims and people started cooking food to help affected population. Financial compensation was also provided; 25 Rupees for hut (wood, straws and matts) and 100 Rupees for stone and mud houses.
