He was around 10-15 years of old and working at that time.

Interview result (text of the interview: Purely descriptive)

It was early in the morning when he woke up by earthquake shaking. Soil split at many places and blood colored (red sandy) water came out (liquefaction). He remembered they were evacuated and rushing inland and could hear water approaching them on behind. Finally they could safely reached top of the sand dunes. He remembered that waves followed the earthquake approximately after 30 minutes of ground shaking.
