I remember in British period a sea storm came with earthquake. I was young enough to work and had moustaches. I use to be fishermen and visited various European countries. But I never had such experience of a sea storm with earthquake in my life again however many storms with strong winds cyclone) I remember. Waves came one after the other after around one hour of the earthquake. First water receded and came forwarded after 10-15 minutes. Water receded in the same way in 2004. Navy officer came to help and inform people to leave the area but we believed the Saint’s Tomb in our area is a protective shield form any bad luck and disaster.• Big boulders were brought on the shores by the waves after the earthquake. I was not at the sea shore that time.
